The Paris Township Crimewatch came into existence in October of 2002. It was started as a result of a high crime rate and a low police presence. We have tried many ways to reduce crime. Now we contract with the Stark County Sheriff to do road patrols in Paris Township. Patrols are funded through donations from Community Groups and Churchs.
